Software development: AI SaaS & business software

Production-ready in 8–12 weeks – not 12 months. I build your SaaS product or business software on the same architecture my own seven products run on.

What it is about

AI SaaS development means building software as a multi-tenant online service in which AI features such as LLM workflows, voice agents or knowledge AI are a core part of the product – not bolted on later. It covers roles and permissions, billing by subscription or usage, ERP and CRM integration, audit logs and automated tests and deployments. Whether SaaS product or internal software, the goal is a system that runs reliably and grows with the business. The architecture decides whether new customers and features can be added without a rebuild.

This matters for mid-sized companies and corporations now because off-the-shelf software rarely turns AI into a competitive advantage – that advantage comes from your own processes and products. Such projects often fail in three places: agencies deliver pretty prototypes without a scalable architecture, internal IT is fully booked with day-to-day work, and nobody on the project has ever run AI in production. The result is projects that take twelve months and then have to be rebuilt – often with lock-in, because code and accounts sit with the vendor.

I have built more than 15 SaaS products of my own; seven are live – including aniCRM, anicall.io and anirag.io. Your product is built on the same architecture: a multi-tenant monorepo, worker queues, Stripe billing and Playwright tests for complete demo paths. You click through a prototype in week two, followed by two-week sprints with a working build. The system is typically production-ready after 8 to 12 weeks – and the code and accounts belong to you. I modernise existing software too, from .NET monoliths to microservices.

Who it is for

  • Founders and companies that want to bring their own AI SaaS product to market
  • Mid-sized companies whose processes are not covered by off-the-shelf software
  • IT departments asked to integrate AI without the capacity to do it
  • Teams with a prototype that now needs to become scalable and production-ready

Sound familiar?

  • Agencies deliver pretty prototypes, but no scalable product
  • Internal IT is fully booked with day-to-day business
  • AI needs to be integrated, but nobody has run it in production

What you get

  • Multi-tenant architecture with roles and permissions
  • Billing with Stripe – subscriptions, seats or usage-based
  • LLM workflows, voice agents or RAG as needed
  • ERP/CRM integration and audit logs
  • Zero-downtime CI/CD and E2E tests with Playwright

Approach

From the first call to a running system.

  1. 1Week 1

    Product workshop

Define target group, core value, pricing model and architecture.

  2. 2Week 2

    Clickable prototype

A working prototype to gather feedback from customers and investors.

  3. 3Weeks 3–10

    Sprints

Two-week sprints with a working build after every sprint.

  4. 4from week 8–12

    Launch & operations

Go-live, monitoring, hand-over or continued operation.

FAQ

Questions & answers

Who owns the code?

You do. Accounts, repositories and data belong to the client – no lock-in.

Can you modernise existing software too?

Yes. I have spent more than 20 years building and modernising enterprise software, from .NET monoliths to microservices.

What does an MVP cost?

It depends on the scope. After the product workshop you receive a fixed-price offer for the first release.

How long does development take until launch?

You click through the prototype in week two. After that I develop in two-week sprints with a working build after every sprint. A system is typically production-ready after 8 to 12 weeks.

How do you handle data protection and AI models?

Roles, permissions, tenant separation and audit logs are part of the architecture from day one. Which AI model runs where is decided by data and risk – including European models when sensitive data is involved. Accounts, code and data remain yours.
