What it is about

I built a team in Kolkata for one of the largest software companies in the world. Business was excellent. I bought a house on a private lake, a Porsche and my own recording studio. I did not build up any reserves.

Then the corporation pushed my rates down to half over the years. A tax audit followed, untaxed royalties, and my parents’ inheritance went straight to the tax office. Today the house is for sale – and at 53 I am founding an AI startup.

I spare no one – least of all myself.

Four parts. One life. An open ending.

Why this book is on my consulting website

As a consultant, clients see my projects. The book shows the other side: what 30 years of entrepreneurship really mean – with all the successes and all the mistakes.

The book is being written chapter by chapter with AI. I tell the story, the machine asks questions, structures and phrases – and I check every sentence. That is exactly how I use AI in companies, too.

Who the book is for

  • Self-employed people, freelancers and SME owners who work hard and still feel they are not getting ahead
  • Employees dreaming of founding a company who want to know what really awaits them
  • Anyone thinking about emigrating – to Cyprus, Dubai, Portugal or Switzerland
  • Partners, children and friends of entrepreneurs
